Pulse handles the billing for only the Pulse Package.
We offer rates that can be up to 50% off, helping you save money through our competitive pricing. For any services beyond the Pulse Package, you will need to contact our partner provider for your building, with whom we partner to deliver your internet service. Our partner provider takes care of all maintenance needs related to the service and is responsible for billing any services outside of the Pulse Package.
